What do you need?


1 Banana - 7- 8"

Protein - 1.6 Grams, Fats - 0.4 Grams, Carbs - 37.0 Grams, Fibre - 2.0 Grams


1/2 Cup - Grated Coconut

Protein - 1.8 Grams, Fats - 16.6 Grams, Carbs - 5.2 Grams, Fibre - 5.4 Grams


1 Teaspoon - Cinnamon

Carbs 2.1 Grams, Fibre 1.4 Gram


1/2 Cup - Oats

Protein 5.4 Grams, Fats - 3.4 Grams, Carbs - 25.1 Grams, Fibre - 4.4 Grams



How to make it?


1) Preheat the microwave on Convection mode for 20 mins - Temperature 170 Degrees

2) Meanwhile, Mix all the ingredients and make a smooth paste.

3) In a spoon, take the paste and form cookies on the convection tray.

4) Bake for 25 Minutes on 170°C - 338°F.
