Get Fok’d. Week 1 - Day 1

And we begin! Sigh! Wish you all the best and I hope that this journey is fruitful for you, as well as for me. Remember it takes 21 days to develop a habit, but takes 90 days to develop a lifestyle.

The first week will be all about prepping the mind and fine tuning the mind to mellow down on dairy based products. As we decided, we are not going cold turkey, but take sufficient time in this transition.

Here is today's meal plan: Meal 1: 7:00

1 Cup Black Coffee ( Intended as a Pre-Workout Booster)

Meal 2: 9:00

1 Scoop Whey Protein (Yes, THIS IS DAIRY, But remember, We are not going cold turkey so soon).

Meal 3: 10:00

1 Cauliflower Paratha (Indians would know what this is, in a jiffy. Others, Google.)

Supplements: Fish Oil & Multi-Vitamin

Meal 4:1:00

Handful of Almonds

Meal 5: 3:00

1 Cup Dry Lentils

2 Wheat Rotis

Meal 6: 5:00

Green Tea

Meal 7: 8:00

Sauté Vegetables - Baby Corn + Mushroom + Green, Yellow & Red Bell Pepper + Cottage cheese. Alas! We’ve eliminated milk. But don’t get happy yet, it is just the first day.. :)

edit 1: Meal 8: 9:00

Family ordered in a domino’s and although I did skip the pizza, couldn’t resist the garlic bread. But is Garlic Bread even vegan? No, it has butter! These are the daily distractions we will come across everyday. There will be ups and downs but let’s tackle this together
