Get Fok'd. Week 1 - Day 2

Welcome back Fok’ers. How’s the second day of vegan life treating you? Any vegan sin you’ve done today, I am waiting to hear it. Meanwhile you can hear my sins for the day!

First, Let me start by today’s meal stamp:

Meal 1: 7:00 AM

1 Cup Black Coffee

Meal 2: 8:30 AM

1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder mixed with water.

Meal 3: 10:30 AM

3 Kidney Bean Kebabs mixed with Sweet Potato, Onions, Coriander, Garlic & Ginger. (VEGAN DISH FOR THE DAY )

Meal 4: 1:00 PM

Strawberry Smoothie mixed with almonds ( mixed with curd – so we need to look for alternate ways of making this )

Meal 5: 3:00 PM

1 Cup Palak Paneer (Yes, this is my sin for the day, Pleading Guilty y’all).

Meal 6: 8:00 PM

1 Plate Salad with Cucumber, tomato and carrot.

So overall, I’d say we have been have successful in keeping most dairy out of the meals except Curd, Whey & Cottage Cheese. I know it shouldn’t be that hard keeping these out of the diet, but trust me, having been a vegetarian all my life, all I have ever known is PANEER IS THE KING. But worry not, we’ll get there.. :)
