Get Fok'd. Week 1 - Day 3.

Hey Hey Fok’ers. Wednesdays are usually quite active and it becomes tougher to maintain a decent food schedule.

Here is today’s meal stamp:

Meal 1: 7:00 AM

1 Strawberry + Whey + Smoothie + Almonds + Chia Seeds + Flax. (This is a loaded combination with all macro-nutrients needed in a diet). When you are on the go and need to ensure a good fuel, a smoothie usually is a quick fix.

Meal 2: 10:30 AM

Hash Potatoes + 1 idli(Requesting Non-Indians to google) + 3 Slices of Pineapple with Orange juice.

Meal 3: 3:30 PM

A bowl papaya with a 6” Aloo(potato) Patty Subway without Cheese. Since, there was a long long gap between the meals, had to load up on carbs.

Meal 4: 6:00 PM

Lemon Water without sugar.

Meal 5: 8:00 PM

1 Bowl Dry Lentil with 2 Chapattis.

There will be days when works catches on and you will lose focus on what you eat, in such cases, ensure you load up your meal whenever you can.

IDLI is one of the best Vegan dishes you can add to the meal. This is a dish recommended by Indian dieticians to people trying to lose weight.
