Fok’ers! I’d have advised to not read this blog because meal plan was that pathetic today. So much running around that I have hardly any meals to count. But again, work is work.
Mealstamp:
Meal 1: 7:00 AM
1 Cup black coffee
Meal 2: 10:00 AM
1 Aloo Paratha
1 Bowl of Chickpea
1 Glass of orange juice
Meal 3: 3:00 PM
1 Black Coffee
1 Spoon Vegan Almond Butter
Meal 4: 9:00 PM
1 plate veg noodles.
Today, I’ve been in such an unhealthy state and I’m almost guilty for even telling you all about this meal. I hope we are able to work on this for better diets and meal plan. I can’t keep disappointing you always, eh?
