Don't we just hate Tuesdays? But I am sure Vegan lifestyle has added something exciting to your daily monotony. Just something new you look up to everyday to try and experiment.


Meal 1: 7:00 AM

1 Loaf Bread with 15ml of L-Carnitine in Water

Meal 2: 8:45 AM

1 Scoop Whey Protein

Meal 3: 10:00 AM

1 Bowl of Dry Fruits - Dry Apricot, Walnut & Pistachio

2 Kababs made with dry tofu, bread and potato

1 Tablet each of Multi-vitamin & Fish Oil

Meal 4: 1:00 PM

1 Strawberry Smoothie with Nuts and Chia seeds.

Meal 5: 3:00 PM

1 Bowl of Tofu Keema with 2 Breads

Meal 6: 7:00 PM

1 Bowl Popcorn

Meal 7:9:00 PM

1 Plate Salad with Carrots, Cucumber, Beetroot and Tomato.
