Fok'ers! How's it going? We have new readers today and I'd love to hear their vegan journey so far. Maybe have a forum discussion?


As you all know, Wednesday's for me start slightly early; therefore more meals(YAY!)

Today's Meal-stamp:


Meal 1: 7:00 AM

1 Bowl Sprouts

1 Loaf Toasted Bread

1 Tablet of Daily Multi-Vitamin


Meal 2: 9:00 AM

1 Black Coffee with 1 cookie(Cookie was not vegan, as it had butter; shall remove cookie next time)


Meal 3: 10:00 AM

2 Idlis ( Non-Indians, Google)

Potato Wedges with 1 Glass of Orange Juice


Meal 4: 12:00 PM

1 Banana


Meal 5: 3:00 PM

1 Plate Split Chickpea mixed with Rice


Meal 6:00 PM

1/4th Plate of Noodles with Manchurian, just to surprise the palette!


Meal 7: 9:00 PM

1 Plate Salad with Cucumber, Tomato and Lettuce


I'd be honest, felt like having chocolate milk today. Gonna find flavoured soy milk tomorrow in the grocery store, haha. Let me know what you think about today's meal!
