Get FOK'ed. Week 3 - Day 1.

Who doesn't love new beginnings right? Especially when it's a new week, that too a Monday? Haha, but the great things is, we have a healthier week to look forward to! A week of transformation, a week of being plant-based. Many may say, vegan is not related to healthy. Well, they're right. If I eat beer battered onion rings, they won't be healthy.

Today's workout was deadly and literally felt dead for the next three hours. Mealstamp:

Meal 1: 7:00 AM

15 ML of L-Carnitine

Meal 2: 10:00 AM

2 toasts of bread

1 scoop of whey protein

Meal 3: 1:00 PM

1 Glass of lemon water

Meal 4: 4:00 PM

Vegetable Manchurian with rice

Meal 5: 8:00 PM

1 Slice of Birthday Cake

3 Pints of Beer

Some fried snacks

Couldn’t get a FOK’ed up meal, but definitely got a Fu**ed up one.
