Week 4 - Day 3 & 4

What a week guys! The world is coming to a standstill, the whole atmosphere seems so stressful, but this is not a time to panic. Remember stay isolated and distanced and there's a lot you can do at home!

Try cooking if you haven't already, watch a new movie, plan your next family vacay, talk to an old friend; take this isolation as an opportunity to explore. Meanwhile i'll quickly run you through my meal highlight.

Meal 1: Breakfast

1 Aloo Paratha ( boiled and sautéd potatoes in bread )

1 Bowl of Sweet Potato

1 Bowl of Sprouts

1 Glass of Orange Juice

Meal 2: Pre-lunch

1 Cup Cold Coffee with almond milk

Meal 3: Lunch

6 pan fried taro root with Roti and ketchup - You'd be surprised to see how tasty taro root is when you semi-fry it.

Meal 4:

1 Salted - Non Butter Popcorn

Meal 5: Dinner

Noodles with extra vegetables ( to reduce the guilt of consuming only fat, we add fibre)
