Week 4 - Day 5,6 & 7

& it's a wrap! We are officially completing our month today & with over 33 blogs already, I am grateful to y'all for the response you've given. But it is saddening to see what's happening in this world, in such tough times, it's always tough to stay on track. Almost feeling anxious about everything around. However always have a vent, talk to someone you are close with and discuss what's in your mind.


Getting back to our meal highlights: Meal 1: Breakfast

Plain DOSA(also known as Indian Pancakes) with Semi Fried Potatoin turmeric and onion.


Meal 2: Pre-Lunch

Bowl of fresh fruits - Grapes, Oranges.


Meal 3: Lunch

Falafel with Hummus & Pita

Or

Falafel Burrito


Meal 4: Evening Snacking

Black Coffee with a vegan cookie made from Amarnath & Fig.

Or

Peanut Butter Sandwiches


Meal 5: Dinner

1 Chickpea curry with 2 Roti
