Vegan food is generally not as dense as dairy based or meat based foods. In order to get a fuller stomach, you will need to eat more to get the same amount of calories. That is primarily the reason I usually break my meals 7 or 8 times.
Building Muscle or Gaining weight will be dependent on more volume and more meals in a day and less volume for weight loss.Make sure you keep your body goal in front of you before you plan your meals for the day.
